Nexus Civil has been engaged as Development Manager and Project Manager for the delivery of the Mattana Estate at 369 Torquay Road, overseeing the planning, coordination and construction of multiple stages of this residential subdivision. To date, Stages 1 and 2, as well as the central wetlands basin, have been successfully delivered, with Stage 3 currently under construction. 

Our role encompasses end-to-end development and project management services, working closely with developers, consultants, authorities, and contractors to ensure program certainty, cost control and high-quality outcomes. Nexus Civil provides hands-on leadership throughout construction, managing risk, approvals and delivery to support the successful rollout of the estate across multiple stages.
