Nexus Civil delivered the successful upgrade of Four Mile Road in Benalla, enhancing a key local transport corridor. The project strengthened pavement capacity, improved drainage performance and upgraded the overall road alignment to accommodate increased traffic movements.
Completed in 2024, the works were carefully staged to maintain property access and minimise disruption to the local community. The result is a safer, more durable and future-ready road asset that will serve the Benalla region for years to come.
Enterprise Park Stage 1 Industrial Developement

Nexus Civil is delivering the civil infrastructure for Enterprise Park – Stage 1, an industrial subdivision supporting long-term growth in Benalla. Stage 1 establishes the core infrastructure for the broader development, providing serviced industrial lots supported by new internal roads and major drainage works.
The project includes bulk earthworks, road construction, underground services and delivery of a regional stormwater basin and pump station, forming the backbone infrastructure for future expansion across the precinct.
Road Upgrade Austin’s Wines

Nexus Civil upgraded the main entry to Austin’s Wines, delivering a safer, wider and more functional arrival experience. The project involved removal of the existing pavement, installation of new drainage and swales, and full road reconstruction to improve traffic flow and site access. Surrounding areas were regraded to achieve positive drainage and enhance long-term pavement performance.
Road Upgrade Muhlebach Road

Nexus Civil delivered the upgrade of approximately 2 kilometres of Muhlebach Road, enhancing safety, capacity and long-term pavement performance along this key rural transport route. The project included bulk earthworks and targeted drainage upgrades to address pavement failures and improve resilience to heavy vehicle and agricultural traffic.
Works comprised pavement stabilisation, sealing and asphalt surfacing, along with intersection improvements, all delivered while maintaining access for local residents and road users. The completed upgrade provides a safer, more durable road asset with improved drainage and ride quality.
Midland Highway Shared User Footpath Construction

1.3 k Shared User Path with Road Upgrades
Nexus Civil delivered a new shared use path along the Midland Highway, improving pedestrian and cyclist connectivity in Benalla. Constructed within a live highway environment, the project included reinforced concrete and spray sealed pavements, intersection modifications and drainage works to deliver a safe, durable and compliant active transport link.
Mattana Estate Residential Subdivision
